can i rush another fraternity if i?

I pledged one of the newest fraternities[not so new, theyve been on campus for 2/3 years but theyre the newest ifc one] on campus last semester and got through several weeks of education. At first I thought this was the right fraternity for me, but then realized that the leaders acted like children, was very unorganized, didnt see them helping me grow as an individual, and didnt see any of my skilled learned while in the military being put to use. There was a lot of division, the brothers would not like other brothers and would even ignore them at times, and the older members acted so childish. I dropped after realizing that it was a great mess and that it wasnt what they told me it was like. Im wondering if I can rush another fraternity even if I pledged one before?

and for everyone thinking about rushing this semester, be very careful with your selections. Some of them are very good at selling it, but once youre in, you realize it was all a sham. They might have good things like a house, but that doesnt matter if the people running it dont even know how or dont care to become better.
