i think we can all agree that the top tier (no particular order) is Kappa, Phi and Axid.
and then DZ i feel like has been seriously stepping it up lately they are almost top tier.

then i would say AOPi and tri delt bottom tier

phi mu is too new to place.

i feel like at other schools, bottom houses are seriously not good but at csun the most bottom houses are seriously so good and do so much they are just less popular.

csun actually has all good houses

TriDelt is definitely up there. They aren't bottom tier for sure. TriDelt has presidents of different organizations all over campus- AS President, Panhellenic President, and Order of Omega President. I don't think a bottom tier sorority cranks out those sort of women..

tridelts are putting in work especially with their philanthropy involvement. And wasnt a tridelt recently named greek woman of the year?
