who has the best parties

in my overall opinion i have been to many parties in the last two years and I can see who throws the good parties and who doesn't. Ive noticed who are the slobs and problematics this is just my opinion for the guys looking to rush a frat. (not in order)
REALLY LIT PARTIES
SAE (dont really throw anything anymore tho :((( but theyre parties are pretty lit but they fight alot)
Sig EP (lit they know how to have a good time but sometimes a bit sloppy)
ZBT (sloppy at times but overall very lit)
Good/OK Parties
Sigma Chi (bill cosby check your drinks)
Kappa Sig (bill cosby 2.0 check your drinks)
Lambda Chi (really fun parties just guy ratio is bad)
Phi Delt (fun but guys are weird and just awkward)
Overall pretty whack
Sigma Nu (they're parties are really disappointments since they hype them up a lot)
AEPI (try to hard but theyre just weird)
Phi Psi (they're just whack)

That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.

If that is the direction Sig Ep is taking, they will become a very good sorority going forward.
