living in a sorority house at csun?
by: Transfer ChickI've been searching the internet for hours trying to find information on living in a sorority house at CSUN. I know that the houses aren't affiliated with the school so I'm assuming that's why I can't find anything about them. Does anybody mind telling me what it's like to live in the house, how much it costs, and if transfers are allowed to live there? Some schools have like a priority waitlist to live in the house so as a junior transfer...I hope my chances aren't slim to none. thanks! :)

And you ask because you are writing an online blog piece on this campus and its fraternal groups? If you really needed to know you would, we won't just TELL you. We want that information to remain PRIVATE so no creepy stalkers come around bothering our students. Think Ted Bundy and have a better day tomorrow.

wanting to remain private is totally fine, I get it. That's all that needs to be said. There is no need to be rude. Sororities at other schools have set policies and other information about their houses online so I did not think it was a secret thing. Thank you for clearing that up though. Have a nice day :)

Living at a sorority house is a lot of fun! There are some rules you need to follow but for the most part it's pretty chill. I love living at mine, all my sisters are super sweet and are amazing roommates. I think pricing depends on the house. I know DZ is the most affordable!

thank you all for the information! :) I really appreciate it! It's nice to know that there will be more good people in the system than those who are not so kind (at least I hope so.) I'm pretty sure that the rude comments were from trolls. I try not to take the harsh things on the site too seriously because I wanna remain neutral throughout recruitment and get a sense of the chapters for myself :)
does anybody know when registration for recruitment starts and if I need a headshot? Sorry for all of the questions, the CSUN NPC website just seems like it hasn't been updated in a while. Thanks again! :)
