SAE and TOP are top houses. Sig Ep and Sig Nu are middle tier. Omega Phi deserves some recognition. Though they're a low tier house, they still put in work for the Greek community at CSUN.

Sig Chi is also top house. Sigma Nu is rarely around and they are middle tier. Omega Phi should be put in the bottom bottom. Why is Phi Delt all the way at the bottom?

SigEp knows that pledging is a mentality that requires new members to earn their right to be a brother after they join. The Balanced Man Program adopts the view of our founders; members earn their right to be a brother through the recruitment process and should be given the rights and responsibilities of a brother on the day they join. Implementing single-tired membership eliminates pledging from the chapter.

SigEp is a T-shirt club. If you can pay dues they'll take you, don't even need grades. They give everyone they come into contact with a bid. If you want an easy and meaningless Greek experience then join these guys. Yeah they can party with randos but that's about it not close to each other at all

You Sig Eps get a lot of hate here, but but you're generally nice and have a strong brotherhood. So what if you have a dry house? Not everyone in Greek life drinks.
