But who are the middle and low tiers?

Arrange them in order.

Lol typical Sigep poster, didn't even mention TOP in the top tiers category. All asides, I would say Sigmua Nu and AEPI as the middle tier houses because they both having a joint party in beginning of spring semester. Kappa Sig, Phi psi, Phi delts are irrelevent because we haven't hear anything from them. ZBT's trying too hard to act like a top tier.

The first comment is on point thooo. Kappa Sigma is coming to middle tier but I haven't hear any from them. Phi Delts barely get to involve with my and other sororities philanthropies. Don't exclude TOP from top tier. They may not a real fraternity but they worked hard and give back just same as other fraternities.

It's funny how every time there some hit at TOP it has to come from a Sig Ep. Yeah that house is branch off a Sig Ep but that doesn't me there is any kinda of tension or beef between the two. So stop trying put houses against each other do perpetuate your own feelings towards either organization. Were trying to make this greek system better not bring it down any further

It's not becoming a Dry Fraternity because we don't even have an official Chapter House so make sure your information is precise and second that's been talked about but not voted on within our nationals or finalized. Don't take misinformation and just run with it

Substance-Free Housing
Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.

That defeats the purpose of rushing. Where's the fun in that? I would at least want to be around the guys before filling out an online form and being a member in 1 minute.
