Substance-Free Housing
Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.

I think you just have to get know them better and you probably will end up to their very exclusive parties. They are kinda strict with the lists

Policies don't mean jack when it's hosted under the radar. You really think each chapter would follow the policy? I'm sure there are a few substances lying around the chapter house LOL
