Honestly SigChi and TOP are the only houses any guy should be interested in rushing. TOP isn't IFC which is unfortunate but they're great for sports. SigChi still throws more parties than half the fraternities on campus and they're affiliated with the best girls.
As far as sororities go, Alpha Phi is killing it this year in recruitment so they look way ahead in the race.

You can praise Sigma Chi all you want, but if parties are the only thing you care about, you don't even deserve to be greek. Besides, every house on campus knows Sigma Chi has been taking blows by other houses these past few semesters. Its a whole new playing field now.
