You two only screw around with each other, A-phi is nothing but a pretty face and Sigma Chi is only going downhill...so I don't see where your getting any of this "top house" definition. A-phi needs to break the stereotype for their own sake, and Sig Chi needs to worry about the fact that TOP, SAE, and SigEp are looking down at them at this point in our Greek system.

Both houses are kind of just there. They don't really do anything compared to other houses that are actually top. Sigma chi is middle tier now and AxiD and Kappa definitely have an edge over APhi lately.

I'm a guy who used to go Greek, but seeing Sig Chi doing nothing but parties and A-phi; if I were to rush a house at this point...I hope to Rush SAE,they're decent guys who took a genuine interest, they have a good brotherhood, chill af,and they give back to the CSUN/Greek Community. If I were to go back in time to rush another fraternity, I would go SAE...some of my closest friends are in SAE and I remember all the good memories.
