Of course if seen some houses have 30 year olds in there late 20s don't let age be factor

Yeah, any house that makes you feel welcomed and you'll be just fine. Don't rush for the "name" or "girls". Rush for the brotherhood, that make's it a great experience. Age don't matter to anyone, if you like them and they like you, you're all set. See as many houses as you can. trust me.
