kappa sigma

STOP I can't read about Kappa Sig any longer... They are NOT within the top tier. Sure they've been winning philanthropies and trying, but they've got some work to do before they come close to SAE and SigEp. Maybe if they get a solid pledge class this fall, but doesn't look too promising.
