Who are the top 5 fraternities and why?

I would have to say SAE is the top house with Sigep and Sigma chi trailing closely behind them. TOP is also great but is not IFC regulated

I would say SAE, simply because they are very involved and do a lot for the community. SigEp and Sigma Chi are both top tiers. Top is trying to join IFC, either way they have some of the fittest guys on campus.

HONESTLY SAE'S SPEND ALL THERE TIME ON THIS SO DONT TAKE THERE WORD FOR IT, SIGEP IS NUMBER ONE AS OF RIGHT NOW IF WE WANT TO TALK ABOUT IMS AND ACADEMICS, PHILANTHROPY, SAE HAS IT MORE IN THE BAG, BUT OVERALL, THIS IS THE LIST

3.SIGCHI

Sad thing is Sig Ep is #1 only on the internet here but on campus they aren't.
