for anyone wondering
by: Top Houses Spring 16
Fraternities:
1. SigEp - A lot of really cool dudes, some goobs, but overall consistent in winning things like IM's and Philanthropies. I can tell they hang with a lot of different sororities, so their social relations are good. They need to throw more parties though, thats for sure.
2. SAE - Come and make a name for themselves and then disappear, come back and disappear again. Not consistent, but you can tell they have a strong brotherhood. They also have strong ties with different sororities. May have been Top house during the Fall, but they've disappeared this Spring.
3. Sigma Chi - Used to be Top House, but they depend on their older members too much. Their old reputation is dying out and their parties suck. Some cute older members.
4. Kappa Sigma - They will soon take the third place if Sigma Chi doesn't step up their game. They've been pretty active in all aspects this semester.
Sororities:
1. AxiD - The most well rounded girls I've met so far. They have a pretty good sisterhood and they have strong social ties with the top fraternities. They know how to recruit well and they hold themselves up to a high standard. Cute like Aphi & classy like Kappa.
2. KKG - They are pretty much strong in every aspect, but they have a pretty bad sisterhood from what I heard.
3. APhi - Nothing but a pretty face

This post was clearly written by kappa sig and I'm surprise they ranked themselves at the bottom barrel after the top houses. I guess they know where they belong. Seriously, they're still no where close to be on this list. Get lost goobers. Y'all still a bunch of Mexicans.

SigEp is the "sorority of fraternities." In other words, they don't have a pledge process or hazing, so you become a full member with letters as soon as you get your bid. They'll let just about anyone in, making for a weak brotherhood. More of a social club than a traditional fraternity. Anyways, nice guys but not at all respected by other frats.

wtf is this, stupid, im in a sorority, but a lot of the sigeps i know dont have letters yet, says it usually takes them a year which makes your post irrelevant
