Ok their entire sisterhood is basically trash and their own sisters were trying to take down their president Kyla. She just got kicked out of their chapter and was literally terminated because girls snitched on her and now the girl who wanted to take her down is trying to be their president but instead Sophie got it. Sophie is cool but the fact that their sisterhood was trying to take down a girl and kick her out of the house isn’t. It says a lot about their sisterhood sorry not sorry but they’re just lucky they’re pretty which makes up for their lack of everything else. Don’t make the mistake every girl does and go phi just because they’re hot. you’ll probably end up crying about going the wrong house just like all their members do.

I joined this house for the name and i saw how cute it was but honestly but once i saw how fake this house really was i dropped. They put on a front for you and all the new members, they should be ashamed of themselves. This house has a lot of potential but honestly all the reviews are true, all they care about is their look and material things. No substance and i couldnt stand any of the girls except like two. Thankfully i have the chance to rush again this fall, im gonna be sure to warn everyone to steer clear from this house. Do better aphi

Before I rushed, Alpha Phi was my number one choice and I loved them during the first day of recruitment but they dropped me. At first I was really upset about it but thank god they did. Two girls in my rush group went Phi and now they ABSOLUTELY hate it!! Every girl that I know that is in this house talks about their terrible sisterhood, their drama, their insincerity during recruitment, and how much they hate it after getting initiated. They are really good at making you love them during the weeks leading up to initiation aka the "honeymoon stage", but once that is over you realize how fake everyone in that house. The girls stick around in the house for their name and everyone regrets it afterwards. My advice to you is too see past the pretty blondes and the facade that they present during recruitment before its too late to turn around!! Sincerely, A girl who chose the right house ;)

it looks like all they care about is recruiting the next blonde and looking good for Instagram. when in reality these girls are like talking to a brick wall. many of the girls in this sorority even expressed to me how poor their sisterhood is and how fake they are. it’s actually super sad.

MIC awards for clubs & organizations are SELF nominated. That’s right, you sign up and you’re automatically a nominee. Only thing that actually matters is who wins since thats an unbiased judging process. Y’all really trying to flex something you signed yourself up for LMAOOOOO U THOT

^Bro, you are right. The nomination process is biased,however, I believe that almost all 7 sororities (panhellenic) and other independent sororities would have at least nominated themselves and if each did nominate themselves then it seems that Alpha Phi, Delta Delta Delta, and Alpha Gamma Alpha were selected as Best of CSUN 2019 in "an unbiased judging process" as you describe. The CSUN sundial webpage has only these 3 sororites posted. It could be that the Sundial just posted nominations, but I find it hard to believe that only 3 sororites (out of the many on campus) would not nominate themselves. Which again based on your logic makes these 3 sororities the "winners" of 2019 based on "an unbiased judging process".I don't know how the actually judging works or the nomination process but I am just stating what has been posted on the CSUN sundial webpage. Thanks for the info though!(: it's good to know what is biased and to critique the system

I get what youre saying but every house nominates themselves for all those awards. Not every house signs up for every award, why? Good question but i know 100% not all the houses signed up. Maybe missed deadlines or didnt think theyd have enough to wow the judges. But i was at that award ceremony and have been at the last one, all organizations fill out a form of why they should get it and they’re automatically on that list. Alpha Phi does tend to sign them selves up for a good amount, but never win (not throwing shade but its facts), Ive never seen Phi mu nominate themselves for anything, and i could go on but ya go to the award ceremonies and youll get it
