Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 1.0 These guys tried to rush me so hard as a freshman they seemed desperate. My experiences with their party's have been lame. Yes they have booze and stuff but their guy ratios are terrible. Not fun, unless your version of a party is standing around and no one dancing. Go to to a real Top Tier Party and it's a Night and Day difference.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 3.8 Very Genuine guys! They are very well known for throwing the bangers. UCLA and USC came. What other fraternities could do that? They are threat to top tiers because they're becoming one.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 4.8 High middle tier, they will make it to top tier this semester or next. They throws the sickest parties and they have joints with UCLA and USC so many times. 9/10

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 4.0 Okay yeah so these guys might have a reputation of being weirdos but honestly they've thrown some of the best parties this year and they seem to have a really good brotherhood. They may not be popular or top house but if i were a guy i would honestly consider joining zbt because they seem really tight, have good parties, and aren't obsessed with what other frats/sororities think of them

Good job on down ranking SAE, Sigma Chi and other Top houses, then up ranking yourselves. These ranks are full of goobs.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 2.6 These guys are NOT a top house. I don't know where that is even coming from after one philanthropy they placed in. Middle Tier at best above Phi delt, Lambda Chi, Omega Phi, etc. Have this house matched up socially against Sigma Chi, Top, SAE, or Sigep and they won't stand a chance against those Top Houses. Still have work to do before they can be considered a possible contender.
