They're good but there's a lot to work on lol. They don't deserve anywhere near the amount of hate they get. it just speaks to CSUN's weakness as a Greek community as a whole. But anyways, a solid 6/10. Not top, not bottom.

The Oozma Kappa here at CSUN without the lovable and charismatic features. Brotherhood is pretty much nonexistent and they feel entitled to win every event just because they can outperform others. House full of stuck ups and there is an eccentric feel at their parties, don’t bother rushing this sorority.

I'm close to a couple of guys from this house and I can say they have the worst brotherhood ever and are very lazy. Stay away from them. I was forced to select one of the "known for" options but none of them apply to them.

bottom tier house. the self ranking is cute tho. their "parties" looks like a sig ep, sigma chi or zbt "get together". lol pathetic their parties are WHACK.. we all know who the top houses are and they are not one of them

Why y’all are hating on phi Psi, just because they’re the newest house on campus doesn’t make them losers. It ain’t easy when you’re starting up, but give it time and I’m sure these guys will rise through the ranks. And I’m not a Phi Psi either. I’m actually part of one of the already existing IFC fraternities at CSUN.
