Anyway, they have a great brotherhood and other than that is ehhh. Yes EHhhh. Party is ehh. Involvement much? ehhh. Popular? Ehhhhnay. I can see this fraternity as your last chance if you didn't get a bid from other houses. Their house is literally near Deltas house but no one get hyped 😬

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 2.0 This fraternity is typically not involved with many others, as they keep to themselves, they're not typically close with any sororities on campus, these guy's haven't been involved much, and you can feel a weird vibe around some of them, the only pro's about this fraternity is free parking, and they have a chapter house super close to campus, other than that I would suggest rushing other houses, as this one won't give you the full greek experience.
