Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 1.2 I mean not much to say. They take anyone who wants to be in a fraternity. The majority of the house consists of guys that were rejected from other houses. Nationally they are pretty big, at CSUN they are losers. There is only 1 sorority that they are close with. Not attractive at all

The only sorority they're close to is Gamma Delta Iota aka GDI....got it? Even their sweetheart sorority phi mu and DDD dumped them because any association with this frat would only lower their rank.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 2.6 These are the guys you would see hanging out by the band room in high school. Nice guys but not exciting or good looking. They are new though so i can imagine its tough.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 4.4 They've definitely come a long way and anyone that knows about the Greek system should know how difficult it is to come back after being rechartered and to re-establish their reputation. i just started to actually meet and get to know a lot of them this semester and they are probably one of the most respectful and welcoming guys. Give it another semester or two and they'll be back to where they were a few years ago

Just got rechartered, absolutely no social life, sororities literally don't even know this fraternity exists. Sorry gentlemen...at least you have a nice property to make up for it.
