How do you start networking with them if they don't reply due to rush being over? I want to rush a fraternity in the Spring semester of 2018 so I want to stat networking, but don't want to bother them too much if I don't get a response.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 3.6 Honestly I think they're still middle-tier--attractive ness and physical house hold them back. However, they throw some of the best parties I've ever been to, especially their kickoff. Girls feel comfortable but again there are only a couple hot brothers.
