These guys are AWESOME. Super fun guys to hang with, and their values as gentlemen really shows. (: they throw big parties, and truly try to be well represented which show's why they're top tier. Overall great group of guys that know how to have fun. The brotherhood is clearly there when you hear these guys at events, and you can tell they like each other as a whole house. I don't see them losing top house anytime soon by the way their rep currently stands. (:

You guys can be a top house at CSUN. This is coming from an outsider who's in a different house. We see the brotherhood but like others mentioned, you guys should focus on building character as thats a main feature a fraternity offers. If you guys become IFC and build solid character, I can see you guys up there with SAE and maybe even better than Sig Chi and Sig Ep as a top 3 house with a brotherhood and social life. Good luck guys I hope you the best these next few years.
