These guys are awesome, they are incredibly well rounded and diverse. They are some of the nicest, friendliest guys on campus and participate in everyone's philanthropy events! And most of them are pretty damn cute and the ball up everyone in most all IMs... Needless to say I absolutely love these guys and they are definitely a top tier house.

theyre a joke of a fraternity on campus, if you looked up "try hard" in the dictionary you'd find this fraternity's letters.... decent brotherhood though i guess

Never really heard about these guys. Their presence doesn't show nearly as much on campus compared to other houses. They're out shined by the huge popular houses like SigEp, SAE, and Sig Chi, and even some houses like Kappa Sigma or AEPi are better known than Phi Delt.

They lack of sisterhood. They all talk bad about each other. Worst experience of my life. Not worth paying dues for such a horrible house. They need to reevaluate their values and work on them. If it was such a great house girls would want to stay in the house and not drop. DO NOT RUSH KAPPA!

There's a lot to like about this house. Good amount of attractive guys and one of the most selfless you'll meet. Their standards are genuine and when they party they definitely know how to throw a big party and have fun. They're a bit more focused on winning philanthropies and academics which isn't entirely a bad thing. They're really known to be social and always show up everywhere. Probably the best rounded fraternity on campus if you include everything I mentioned.
