Kappas may look good from the outside looking in but they are the most drama filled girls on campus. They talk bad about each other like you wouldn't believe and they mad dog their own sisters at parties. You can be #1 on other campuses but not at CSUN.

Sigma Chi will forever be a top tier house. Their past few pledge classes have been kind of iffy but they always have a strong brotherhood and throw the best parties (White Party). They still kick it with the hottest girls too.
