Phi Mu at CSUN is typically viewed as a bottom house. When I went through recruitment most people ranked them last and they will pretty much give anyone a bid. I haven't really gotten to know any of them because they rarely go to social events or parties. Phi Mu is the sorority for girls who aren't "sorority girls".

They are strong middle and in some respects high middle. Like all the sororities they have a mixed bag in the looks department. They have a mixed bag on personality too. They are really strongly tied to the Deaf Studies Department that is true. They are one of the more academically inclined groups. Overall, middle to high mid.

Dear Alpha Xi Delta, I'm proud to be on the Autism Spectrum. I am not a burden to my family. I am happy that my mother didn't find a genetic marker to abort me when I was in utero. Don't need Autism Speaks to fix or eradicate me. Thanks for asking me how I feel (whoops - you never did. You just tried to annihilate me). You are affiliated with a nasty group.

Alpha phi tends to get a bad reputation because they don't really hang out with bottom houses so they are seen as superficial. Although they do put a lot of effort into their presentation, they do have an amazing sisterhood. During recruitment, they had the highest approval rating (meaning it was the house most people wanted to go back to). Heres a general breakdown of the houses. top tier: alpha phi, kkg mid tier: tri delta, axd, aopi bottom tier: DZ, Phi Mu
