Some Genuine dudes all around, I had my reasons not to like them but they are real and despite the rank and rumors they seem to be trying their best to foresee all this hate and be te house they are supposed to be nationally which is #1. Being from another school and house these guys were the only house that wowed me in all aspects of what a Fraternity is supposed to encompass!

These guys are NOT a top house. I don't know where that is even coming from after one philanthropy they placed in. Middle Tier at best above Phi delt, Lambda Chi, Omega Phi, etc. Have this house matched up socially against Sigma Chi, Top, SAE, or Sigep and they won't stand a chance against those Top Houses. Still have work to do before they can be considered a possible contender.

These gentlemen does live by "True Gentlemen" creed. There parties are pretty good and there big parties are the best by far on campus. There so big that they had even got in trouble because they lasted so long and so many people at there parties...it's funny how there are couple reviews that were posted with the same remarks and pretty much by same name lol.
