They're definitely not a top tier at all. You seriously got to be joking to say these guys can take out Sigma Chi, Sig Ep or SAE. These guys get way too excited when their name comes up...lower-midlle tier at best. TOP is still better and they're not even an IFC house. They still got a long way to go.

This house is full of Cliques and are extremely disrespectful to each other behind closed doors. They are so desperate to be number 1 that they'll put their girls down in order to get there. If you're not hot you don't exist. This house only pays attention to the pretty girls as you can already tell from their social media. So many girls are dropping after being initiated. Why? Well, once their girls are initiated they show their true colors. Stuck up like Phis & controlling like Kappa.
