Decent fraternity but not an actual fraternity. They can't do a lot of things because they are not recognized by the school. Also, 0 national basis so if you are looking for a real fraternity experience, TOP is not for you. You will never meet another TOP outside of CSUN and national connections are a huge part of joining a fraternity

If we're being honest yeah they tend to be considered shallow, or at least some of them are but for being a top house (if not the top house) they're pretty down to earth, especially compared to schools with a larger greek life like usc or ucla. Yes there are some easy girls, but theres also a lot of intelligent mature classy ones. And tbh theres easy girls in every house.Most people who complain about phis being shallow are probably weirdos that they're not trying to befriend or date or hu with

Despite being a top house, people hate on them a lot but thats mostly because their relations with other frats are not that good. They are still very cool and fun guys and win some big philanthropies every now and then. They throw the biggest party of the year white party and their formals are pretty crazy.Ive been to their parties and they offer shots that are poured straight out of the bottle so there is no way they could even spike drinks. My girls and I always feel safe there :) Great house!
