This house is on the come up... Their parties have been bangers and they're sweetheart is an Alpha Phi. Theyve been putting in work the past year. Very involved on campus. Good looking girls started coming around the parties too.

Not sure if they are bottom or middle tier as right now? Anyway, they have a great brotherhood and other than that is ehhh. Yes EHhhh. Party is ehh. Involvement much? ehhh. Popular? Ehhhhnay. I can see this fraternity as your last chance if you didn't get a bid from other houses. Their house is literally near Deltas house but no one get hyped 😬

Pretty face but extremely boring. Theres only about 3 girls in this house that ever come out. The only times the house participates is for Sig Ep events. I hear they have a good sisterhood, but they're never involved on campus.

Wack fraternity that shouldn't even exist. A lot of problems within themselves. Poor PR and exposure. Think they own it all but really don't care about you. got invited to their club event, poor decision making, sloppy and inconsiderate
