Why does the ADPi chapter suck here?? Every where else that ADPi is installed at they are top tier and classy. Their national rep puts them at top three in the nation, why don't their nationals just shut this chapter down or try to clean it up?

You don't need to be in a chapter to know if that chapter sucks or not. But who cares if they are a bottom house? The girls who are apart of ADPi seem happy with their chapter so why are all of you guys upset about it
