To those of you going through recruitment this upcoming week:
GreekRank is awful because it only strengthens old stereotypes of the various sororities on campus. Many people, and me, will tell you to choose a sorority that is #1 to you, not number #1 to everyone else.
Sure, you could choose the #1 or #2 sorority because you think it looks "cool" but what if you yourself are not happy in that sorority? Take it from a sorority girl herself>>being in a sorority is more than the tiers and t-shirts, its about the lasting bonds you make within your sisterhood. A sorority is more than just 4 years, its for life. So wouldn't you want to join a sorority that is #1 in your heart?
