SigEps have really fun parties and they don't take themselves too seriously. Sure they've got some financial problems, but most of the guys are actually nice and not super douchey, which is refreshing.

Im proud that some of my best friends on campus are Phi Delts. Sure they are all very different from each other and they can seem a bit too attached to their subgroups (flp honors etc), but the fact is they still make a very positive difference on campus.

They cant even be the top house with some of the most frequent self-ranking this site has ever seen. literally, not one rank over 4.0 was written by anyone other than a phidelt. they're an ok fraternity but would be ultimate bottom tier at a real school. not a fraternity experience at all. you dont contest sig ep or phi psi at anything other than recruitment.

This is not the same phi psi of 3-4 years ago. Each class they have gotten has steadily gotten worse and worse. Now I know they are all about inter-fraternity bonds but come on now people something should be noticed of the majority of the residents of their house moving out a month early. A big issue is they are still trying to compare them selves to sig ep, the reality is they aren't in the same league anymore. Still a very prominent part of greek life but far from the top.
