The Phi Delts here are high mid tier, low high tier. They are a decent frat, but their parties lack the fun. If you are looking for a dude in student government, this is your frat. If not, eh..

CU PIKE Is back! I'm happy they dont have to be "underground" anymore. They threw some serious ragers when they were underground.

If I could describe this sorority in 4 words...it's "work hard, play harder." The girls are super sweet and smart but lemme tell ya, they go hard on the weekends (and Wednesdays). Really diverse group that seems to respect each other's differences. Definitely not your stereotypical state school sorority but that is why I think they are a top tier.

Incredibly degrading to women. Everyone should avoid these guys cause they don't treat people the way they should. Extremely elitist and self-entitled. I will never ever associate myself with one again, and you shouldn't either.

They are super weird and think they are sick, I bet they have such a high rating because they are just boosting themselves up.

Phi Delt is definitely the top Fraternity on campus. While their parties are not the best (unless you know a lot of Phi Delt's) these guys are all very genuine. They have the reputation on campus of being the guys you want to marry which is very true, they are all husband material. They are all extremely involved on campus and care a lot about other people. I have never met so many genuine guys who truly care about everyone around them, especially their brothers.

Ya know what, im one of the few guys out here that doesnt like DZ. they have their handful of really really cool girls, but the rest are BASIC af. the comment below compared them to gphi, but theyre like a much better looking and less "easy" version of theta phi. somehow they pull for recruitment every year, but of the 40+ girls they sign, i would only what to hang out with like 10 of them. if you want work hard - play hard, gorgeous, smart girls with the personality of a 2x4. slam DZ

For sure one of the top houses on campus. I'd say they're the most similar to G Phi on Creightons campus. They have fun girls who are all about having a good time while also getting their stuff done. Love those DZs

Hottest girls on campus. Always out for a good time and not cliquey like some other sororities on campus. Theyre really sweet girls with some of the best social lives.
