Phi Delt used to be great. They were a great mix of socially and academically responsible guys. But they fell off terribly - dangerous with women in all the worst ways, wear their inflated egos on their sleeve, super cliquey within the chapter, and are only getting worse. Wish I could say otherwise.

Stereotype Report: Mish-mash of types of girls. Very accepting. Not intimidating. Some party, some don’t, it doesn’t matter. Generally well-liked, despite being considered “bottom tier.” Improved in status in the past few years. Girl’s girls. Happy together. Genuine. Safe.
