Honestly, Beta is probably the nicest group of guys on campus. I have met almost all of them and they are the most genuine people and will always have your back. Don't let that fool you though, as most are big partiers (they probably don't throw so many because they don't want to be the next PsiPhi). They get so much hate on here that they don't deserve (my guess is that it's just all the guys who didn't get in).

Last years pledge class wasn't so great; I hope they do better this year. Their events used to be so much fun a couple years ago when it was just guys having fun not as worried about what girls were there; their guy:girl ratio; and being the best on campus

most girls who join, join for the name. they're all very proud to be in the "best" sorority on campus. Every year I feel bad for new membs who look forward to sorority life only to find their sorority barely does any philanthropy and they have a really high drop rate. They could be a great sorority if they were a little less petty and cared less about status - granted it's a status no one cares about other than them
