The have alot of date parties that are really fun and seem to be very well run and operated. They may seem a bit "cliquey" at times, but very rarely do you hear of them not getting along. Most of the guys are really awesome (not all of them but a solid 80% of them)

They have one thing going for them...they seem to actually like hanging out with each other. Other than that, and the fact that they are pretty decently involved in community events they are behind the other sororities by a bit and still playing catch up.

A) They Get along with Each Other (More than I can say for some of the other sororities). B) They love to have fun and will party most girls under the table. C) Most of them are relatively attractive. Do they have an issue staying out of trouble, absolutely. But who doesn't love a rebel.

They have a few parties, and have a few good guys, but the one thing that seems to be missing is the ability to "Plays Well With Others" because the fact of the matter is they don't. Sig Ep, Phi Psi and Phi Delt all seem to get along with each other fairly well, yet on the outside looking in on the greek unity is Pike. Although most won't say it the reality is that Pike rubs a lot of people the wrong way and their ability to get along with the fraternities is notoriously bad.

You get the feeling that these kids feel jilted for not getting a bid to one of the Big 3 (Phi Delt, Phi Psi, Sig Ep) and are doing nothing more than trying super hard to show they belong. They are basically the first half of the movie "revenge of the nerds", before the nerds were cool and they had nothing worth while going on. So "A" for effort, give em that.

I don't know what the comments about lacking sisterhood are about because whenever i see a gphi she's with other gphis.... Every girl is great and their sisterhood is not at all what people have been describing.
