The fact that these guys can stay top tier without a house speaks for itself. You join a fraternity for the people and the relationships that will form during your college experience. joining a certain affiliation for the wrong reasons - house - can ruin your four years and all these boys did it right. Also, i herd a rumor about 32nd and dav becoming their house again......... NEIGHBORS!!!!!

They are probably the sorority most involved with their actual philanthropy, and last years pledge class was gorgeous. If they keep it up this year they will only rise on campus.

if you join this organization you are wasting your time. The guys lost their national pike endorsement, Margret wont let them back on as TKE if she is familiar with it -- she already knows -- and they are in the process of selling their house. basically a not so secret society of goobers...
