I've noticed that many girls in sororities are rail-thin. Are eating disorders a known problem with Columbia sororities ?

Eating disorders are a problem on any campus. Unfortunately some girls do struggle with this. But "thin" is also a body type so please don't assume that just because a lot of girls are thin they have eating disorders.
