Rushing as a Soph Transfer?

Pretty much what the title says.

The Panhel website says that transfers can do COB. Can anyone explain how this would work and whether transfers could alternatively go through formal recruitment(is formal recruitment available in the fall anyways)?

Also, would you say transfers are at a disadvantage during recruitment?

it might be hard to COB if you don't know anybody but i don't think there's a noticeable bias against transfers otherwise

I’ll tell you what everyone else won’t: give up on the top houses, they’re not going to take you. Your best bet is to network with lower houses and hope it works out
