Choosing between Penn Columbia Emory

I know Emory is not in the tier of Penn and Columbia but I have a lot of legacy there so im leaning towards it.
Will I regret not choosing Columbia (or UPenn) for Emory, especially considering social scene in Columbia is based in Manhattan ? Is the social scene here really interesting and diverse? The elite names of Penn and Columbia are not enticing me, im kind of beyond that. Im just looking for a solid academic and city experience

I should note I also got into Cornell but Im choosing Emory over Cornell 100%. Im just really confused with Penn and Columbia.
