dirty rushing rant

A direct response to the rush takeaway post: hours after pref night, multiple chapters had been made aware that Theta was dirty rushing and calling/facetiming PNMs, sisters who hold high positions of authority no less. The rush takeaway post was right in calling theta organized, but not classy. SDT shouldn't be called culty when stuff like this is happening, read below.

Theta has dirty rushed every year in extremely organized and pre-planned ways, everyone knows it we've all seen it. No chapter is exempt from bending rules btw, but this is by far the worst I've seen in the past two years. Zoom has made it way easier for them to do this too. Apparently some members weren't allowed to talk to PNMs as to not ruin the image they want to project.

Other chapters who don't spend as much time forcing their members into specific personality boxes fit for virtual settings AND dont dirty rush are at a disadvantage. Its unfair to all other chapters, and PNMs that do not realize the true nature of the organization they're entering when those organizations are brazenly breaking rules. it sets a bad example for future PCs on what's deemed okay or not okay.
