what do dg and theta look for in pnms?

They’re looking for people who they would want to be spend time with in general, and who they would want repping them. Contrary to popular belief, there isn’t a particular quality that will make sure get in.
Best way to go into recruitment is to just be confident in who you are, be relaxed, and be clear on what qualities you want in future sisters. Then see which place feels most like home. Definitely don’t go into it already thinking you know where you want to be; that backfired for a lot of people.
