views on gpb/aoii
by: curiousI dropped from formal recruitment this year after theta rejected me (I guess I am not rich enough) and I am now interested in cob/informal. How do other sororities/frats view gpb and aoii? is it worth spending money over?

i mean first of all a lot of rich girls got dropped from theta and dg so you can’t assume you didn’t get in bc of that. secondly, if you want to join a sorority based on how other frats view that sorority then you’re in it for the wrong reasons. gpb and aoii are really good sororitys with really sweet people worth getting to know and sororities aren’t all about being friends with frats...........

The other sororities like AOII and GPhi, and I haven't heard of a frat disliking either one, but their opinions don't matter. What matters is that GPhi and AOII each have a genuine sisterhood, and their sisters are fun, passionate, and down to earth. You'll go to mixers with either of them, but you'd do that with every other sorority on campus. If you want to join a group of strong women who support each other, then it's worth spending the dues on GPhi and AOII. If that's not what you want, don't do COB.

the frats actually really like these two, and its beause they're the least fake. though they dont recruit based on looks, they wind up with pc's with aesthetics anyways and have great vibes. guys love em. but i have to agree if youre just joining based on frats its the wrong reason to rush at all.
