once dropped always dropped?

do theta and dg have a once dropped always dropped policy? if I was dropped as a freshman is there a chance I could get a bid as a sophomore? Is there anything I could do to improve my chances?

yeah, they do
and they especially see right through people who become friends with only people in dg or theta because they want in/to rise their social status

The policies and procedures of any NPC group are not normally discussed with uninitiated students. Re-rushing sophomores are known to get bids, therefore you ought to take full advantage of the opportunity to continue sorority membership pursuit at a later date. Nothing and no one is holding you back but yourself. The best advice to improve your chances is continue to be yourself, not the someone you believe the sorority is looking for.
