Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Columbia University - CU 4.0 to be completely honest, I hate greekrank so much, but I want to dispel the myth that people from other sororities come on here just to hate in each other... I live with people from almost every sorority, and we genuinely all love each other. most of this hate does come from people who used to be affiliated with organisations or are part of Greek life but not part of panhel. Gamma phi girls are known for being very smart and very hard workers. They haven't been on campus for long, and a result they are definitely still figuring out their image. However, from what I know they really love their sisters. A lot of them are very involved in activism and politics, so if you're into that then you definitely have a place in gamma phi. They're still seen as really chill and laid back, but I have seen a good number of them living it up at parties. I like having conversations with them, so I'd have to say you should keep an open mind in the recruitment room and figure out what you think of them from having conversations with the sisters!

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Columbia University - CU 4.7 gamma phi is definitely not a "top house" but I don't think they want to be... they're rising in the best way, and always striving to be better a lot of my very good friends are in gamma phi, and they're not the type to settle keep working, girls!

Let's be honest, you're middle tier at best. It would be a shame if you lost everything you've worked so hard for, especially since you have such a great sisterhood. Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Columbia University - CU 4.7 Gamma Phi Beta is one of the only organizations on this campus that actually meets their mission to support and uplift every woman, no matter who they are, what they're interested in, or what their background is. They actually see each and every woman as an individual with a complex life and background, and celebrate that. I think that's why this chapter is so successful and has grown in such a short time, because they celebrate and encourage diversity of background, thought, interests, passions, etc and strive to diversify their chapter, all while bringing these women together to create a true, genuine, supportive sisterhood. They also do a really amazing job expanding this pursuit and the strong foundations they've built within their chapter to actually working with their philanthropic mission, Building Strong Girls, and actually mentoring and supporting young girls in real life, not just through campus "fundraising" events. I'm really amazed by this organization, and I hope others can learn from them. This is how we create strong groups of strong women. This is how we change the future.
