Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Columbia University - CU 4.0 Only frat which owns its own house. They've made a bunch of renovations recently to make it look less like a trap house and more like an actual living space. Great mix of guys, including GS vets and international students. Very eclectic, but all around degenerate. Not very involved in the school because they don't have to be—every other frat and sorority has to keep up their ALPHA standards to fight for brownstones, while Beta owns its own property.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Columbia University - CU 1.0 Worst experience ever. Brothers were stand offish, (though I can name 3 who were friendly) and disrespectful at our mixer. Invited other random girls, like why plan a mixer? Would rather not mix and waste our time. Very disappointed

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Columbia University - CU 4.0 Overall a great group of guys. Pretty diverse, but a lot of SEAS/ nerdier types. Still a decent amount of better looking brothers though. Open parties are a lot of fun though.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at Columbia University - CU 3.8 This is a bottom-middle or middle-middle tier frat. The last couple recruiting classes have been subpar, and it seems like they take too many international kids only there for a semester. They rarely have open parties, but when they do, they are right up there as the best on campus. Super diverse and smart guys who are heavily involved in the campus community. They just need to have more events. Mixed bag in terms of looks. A few of the seniors who just graduated were really attractive.
