A middle tier house. Strong, but nothing special. People would like you a whole lot more if you didn't self rank so much. It makes you look pathetic. Thank god theta is beating you.

The best word to describe Theta is probably "irrelevant". Girls love Theta during recruitment but then after a few weeks Theta disappears. You'll only see a few girls out after and I have never hear a frat describe Theta as "fun". I have classes with some of these girls and they don't even acknowledge each other. The only girls I see wearing their letters are the 'prettier girls' and the not as attractive ones seem to be ignored.

popularity has dwindled only because some other sororities have crept in and yanked some of the top recruits. Their pledge class couldn't have been worse last year. It just couldn't, and everyone knows it, wouldn't suggest rushing DG next year considering they really fell after last PC. Their newest pledge class is so unattractive and Frats value looks over personality so they are definitely middle tier as of right now

THIS SELF RANKING IS RIDICULOUS. AOII IS ABSOLUTELY BOTTOM TIER, LEAST DESIRABLE It's at the bottom of the totem pole, no house, no history, no future. Firmly below axo and sdt.NOT middle tier or even CLOSE to top tier.
