These guys self-rate and self-promote themselves like no other. They have do, however, throw great open parties and have a strong brotherhood that can only probably be bettered by AEPi or Delta Sig. They have a wide range from cool guys to weirdos but overall they're a solid fraternity, maybe not top tier as greekrank claims though.

Theta is known for paying to remove bad press. Curious why you can't find any news articles about their extreme racism last year? The chapter has gone so downhill and are obviously middle tier if not worse.
