tiers in no order but this is what they are

Although I'm not really all into tiers that much, this is probably the most accurate list I've seen so far. I would just like to note that you forgot Phi Mu, but they fit in your lower middle. Oh, and ADPi before Alpha Chi if you're doing it in order. Nonetheless, they all have great girls. Ready to see some expanding!

Here are the real tiers:
TOP TIER Girls who are happy with their choice, feel strong sisterhood and commitment to the chapter's philanthropy. Also, girls who don't need to rank themselves or others
BOTTOM TIER: Girls who constantly feel the need to place themselves above others, to subjectively decide what is better/more valuable/more popular than some and worse/less valuable/less popular than others. Girls who think ranking social clubs is meaningful, relevant, real or important.
