oos bids for fraternities
by: ChicagonSo I'm an oos from Chicago, and seeing if it's hard to get a bid from the top houses. My family is wealthy and looked at as top class, and I am known as popular from my highschool. But my cousin that goes there says the fraternities are biased towards kids not from Texas and Arkansas. Any comments will help
