chances/deferral

Hey y'all! I had to defer my enrollment to Spring 2016 because of family issues. I want to rush, but want to skip COB. Would it hurt my chances rushing in the fall since I had to defer and wait for Fall 2016?
I am from OOS (Texas) and took some courses in-state to stay on track.

Yes! I'll still be getting Freshman hours, right on track.

if you're technically a freshman, then it shouldn't hurt your chances too much. if you were to rush as a sophomore, it might hurt a little, but if you make friends during your spring semesters in houses then you should be fine!
