I think rankings can change very easily but is important to recognize there actually IS a tier system and it isn't based on subjective opinions, it's based on numbers.
That said, it looks something like this (I feel like pairs is the most accurate way to do it):
1) Kappa and Pi Phi
2) Chi O and Tri-Delt
3) Zeta and KD
4) AOII and ADPi
5) Phi Mu and AXO
That being said, I think Phi Mu is coming up with all the support they have gained on campus and the announcement of their house plans.
Chi-O and Pi Phi will also be getting new houses, which will most likely keep them at the top.
Also, AXO did very well in rush this year and though they didn't gain support as fast as Phi Mu, I think they are really going places!

theres no way it will be and lol if you think it will. They tore it down and haven't done a thing since then. We have winter coming, spring rains, then they'll have a few months in summer. NO WAY will they have a new house next fall.

New construction goes much quicker than a remodel. Don't you worry about "the spring rains"! Foundation work is being done right now. A new house can be built in a year.

to be the bearer of bad new but Phi Mu's house won't be here anytime before 2018... And also their house design is way nicer/bigger than what they have space for on that lot... Maybe when our kids come to school!!

Yeah no way! like AOPi is totally full of trolls! that's why they require a toll every time you cross their bridge. I like thought like that KD was way more on like another level for being totally the best! yay!
And sorry to like disappoint all you like girls they're totally dreaming about houses like for reals. But sorry to say but like the phi Moos house will never be built with like all the rain clouds, and like winter's cold all the time, and like there's sooooo many termites in that area so like AS IF!
I just say LOL to like anyone who just like totally ignores the phi Moo's termite infestation. like if you ever asked me to build a house like for a like sorority like in Fayetteville then like I'd just say lol and then if you ask like anything else I'd just like always like totally just respond with like lol or lol or like even lol. lol! totally like such an awesome like discussion girls! yah!

It is NOT important to know that there are tiers. After freshman-maybe sophomore-year, nobody cares about tiers. The only girls that care are the insecure ones. To quote from another post, " are you going to tell your future employer that he should hire you and not the other person because you were in a top tier sorority?" You would be laughed at. Nobody cares about such things in the adult world.
